    I have been a client with Vertex for about 1-1/2 years and thoroughly enjoy it. Dwayne is great on helping you develop sound technique and continually pushing you. I have become stronger and look forward to my sessions.

    I've only been coming for a few months and I'm sincerely impressed. The workout system here is insanely effective and the workouts only take 20-30 minutes. I just finished my workout and it's hard to hold my phone up to type.

    Every trainer is super nice and helpful. Best workout and trainers I've ever had.
